Mike

Mike grew up in Statesville, NC and participated in Varsity Soccer and Basketball. After High School, Mike received a full athletic and academic scholarship to Lincoln Memorial University, where he was a 4-year soccer starter. He was a 4x All-Conference and 2x All-Region Goalkeeper and was inducted into the University’s Sports Hall of Fame in 2021. After college, Mike got the opportunity to play professional soccer in the USL League before transitioning into a sales and Marking career. In 2019, Mike became a Police Officer and is currently a Police Detective and SWAT Officer in Prince George’s County, MD.

Mike has always had a passion for fitness and is a Certified Personal Trainer, and Body of Excellence certified through Excellence in Fitness. He has also competed in multiple NPC Amateur Bodybuilding Competitions. Mike enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals and pushing clients to their fullest potential. He currently resides in Calvert County, MD with his wife and three children. In his free time, Mike likes to coach soccer, spend time with his wife and kids, and focus on his own fitness.
