Riley C.
Riley grew up in Odenton, Maryland where he was heavily involved in athletics. He attended Archbishop Spalding High School where he played on the varsity hockey team, in the MIAA and MAPHL leagues. On top of that, he was part of a club hockey team that competed both at the AA and AAA level. Riley attended the College of Charleston his freshman year where he was a business major and decided to transfer to the University of Maryland and switch his career path. He’s currently getting his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and is on track to go to DPT (Doctorate in Physical Therapy) school and become a physical therapist. Outside of school he enjoys being in the gym, reading, and being in nature.
He realized after a year in Charleston that business wasn’t the route for him. He did, however, learn a lot about marketing and how to run a business which he utilizes within his own entrepreneurial venture. His love and passion for physical activity led to his change in major and strong background knowledge in fitness. He had an internship during the fall semester of his sophomore year at Rehab2Perform. There, he grew his knowledge regarding the muscles, ligaments, and joints which in turn allowed a seamless transition into personal training. This coupled with years of gym experience and training allows him to help people of all backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels.Riley grew up in Odenton, Maryland where he was heavily involved in athletics.
